Bullfrog Spas recently asked me to create a series of marketing items that could be used by their dealer base to help promote an offer for the 4th of July holiday. These marketing items included newspaper ads, postcards, and posters. The title of the promotion was “Freedom to Choose” , which referred to the customers ability to choose a free JetPak from any of Bullfrogs’ 20 models. In designing the materials, I wanted to create a look that was eye catching and bold, but not cliché. Keeping the red, white and, blue color scheme tied in nicely with the holiday, but avoiding all other July 4th clichés helped the add stand out from the hundreds of other “Flag and Firework” themed ads people would see over the weekend. Overall, the sales event was a success and the feedback from those who used the materials was very positive.
